Here is the best from October 12, 2019:

Max Scherzer was as dominant as ever with a no-hitter through 7 innings and racking up 11 Ks in the process, as the Nats take a commanding 2-0 lead heading back to DC for 3 straight games.

Masahiro Tanaka’s playoff brilliance continued, as he shut down one of the best teams in the league to give the Yanks a big Game 1 victory.

Gleyber Torres is quickly earning his pinstripes in New York.

In each of the 2 NLCS games, the Cardinals weren’t getting anything going until late in the game when Jose Martinez came in as a pinch-hitter. In Game 1, he got the only hit of the game in his sole AB, and in Game 2, he drove in the only run of the series so far with his lone PA. Cards might want to consider getting him more opportunities.

Michael A. Taylor has been back-and-fourth from the MLB & AAA this year, but in the playoffs he’s been a steady presence in play for the injured Victor Robles, and proved it once again with this solo shot to put the Nats up early in Game 2.
