New Dodgers SP Trevor Bauer pitched the entire first three innings of his team’s Spring Training game against the Padres on Saturday. During those three inning, he struck out three players and allowed two hits. His most memorable moment came when he ended one inning by striking out a better with his eye closed. Also, the NBA is more global than ever before, with the most international superstars participating in the event in the league’s history, and LeBron James continues to make history in year 18.

Here is the best of the day from March 6, 2021:

Trevor Bauer’s striking out batters with one eye closed

Trevor Bauer looked good in his second start with the Los Angeles Dodgers in Spring Training. However, what made it even more impressive was what he did in the first inning against the division rival San Diego Padres. Bauer finished off the inning by striking out a batter with one eye closed.

Bauer wound up pitching three scoreless innings with three strikeouts, and one walk along with allowing two hits in the Dodgers’ 2-1 Spring Training win over their division-rival that looks poised to be the most exciting rivalry in baseball this year.
