As Cincinnati Bengals fans celebrate Chad Ochocino during his 45th birthday on January 9th, 2023, it’s a great time to look at the top 5 Cincinnati Bengals players of all time with him highlighting the list.

Founded by former Cleveland Browns Head Coach Paul Brown, the Bengals franchise was always off to a gritty start. Starting in 1968, the Bengals have played in multiple stadiums on a quest to find themselves a forever home. They now play in downtown Cincinnati at Paycor Stadium in their unique and electric black, orange, and white uniforms. Cincinnati has never won a Super Bowl but has had many distinguished past players that left a great mark on this league’s history.

The Cincinnati Bengals have three Hall of Famers, which despite being a low number, does not reflect the large number of talented players that have come through Cincinnati. The Bengals play in the AFC North Division with the Baltimore Ravens, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Cleveland Browns. This division has always been known for its gritty style of football and contentious rivalries, which has been reflected in many tough divisional matchups involving the Bengals.

Cincinnati has a lighter past than others as an older franchise with no Super Bowls and just three Hall of Famers, but there is only room for improvement. With that being said, the Bengals face two of the most famed franchises in the league four times a year. Cincinnati is a part of a historic division in the NFL, and hope to lead themselves to success in the future. Honorable mention includes: QB Boomer Esiason, WR A.J. Green, DB Ken Riley, DB Lemar Parrish, and OT Andrew Whitworth. QB Joe Burrow and WR Ja’Marr Chase could definitely join this list in the future.

Here are the top 5 greatest Cincinnati Bengals players of all time. Create your own rankings below!
