Here is the best from August 31, 2019:
On one of the busiest days for NFL headlines, the Houston Texans dominated the day with their blockbuster trades involving EDGE Jadeveon Clowney & OT Laremy Tunsil.
With 1st Rd Pick LJ Collier dealing with a high ankle sprain, Clowney is instantly a huge upgrade at EDGE alongside Ansah. Texans move on from their ’14 1st Rd Pick for pennies on the dollar where if Seattle extends him, it looks like a genius move that could be a game-changer

Houston’s most significant flaw that everyone knew about has now turned into somewhat of a strength. The Texans now have one of the most talented players to protect Watson’s blindside. If rookies Howard & Scharping are solid, HOU’s OL will look much better than it did in 2018 pic.twitter.com/lljuuPsHZE

LeSean McCoy is one of the best RB of the 2010’s, and has probably clinched a spot on the all-2010’s roster. This is largely due to his 4 Pro Bowl seasons in Philadelphia under Andy Reid. He’ll finish the decade playing for the same coach that drafted him, but this time they aspire to earn their first Super Bowl in Kansas City.
After being cut earlier by Buffalo, Shady finds a new home with an old HC. Damien Williams proved to be a quality starter after Kareem Hunt was released last year, and will take the backup role again with McCoy now taking over. A year after the New York Yankees set the all-time season HR record, the Minnesota Twins top it, and have an entire month to extend the new record.
Not only has Minnesota set the new team record for most HR in a season, but the 38 HRs hit from the Catcher position (Mitch Garver – 25, Jason Castro – 12, Willians Astudillo – 1) is an American League record, and just 5 shy of the MLB record https://t.co/ELPEsNmRek

Mike Trout is the best baseball player of this generation. Anyone that disagrees with that statement isn’t an intelligent baseball fan. He adds another accolade to his career achievements as the youngest player ever in the 200 HR/200 SB club. His teammate Albert Pujols also joined an exclusive club himself.

While many trades, releases, and IR placements were going on, the Jacksonville Jaguars signed their star LB to a long-term extension to continue anchoring the defense.
Myles Jack was a stud last year and looks to continue to anchor the Jags stout D. With Telvin Smith’s future in the air, Jack was a must re-sign. The LB corps has plenty of questions with Jake Ryan likely on the NFI. Keeping Jack in the fold is a very positive move for JAX pic.twitter.com/HILZQszsdx
