October 23, 2022 was highlighted by the Phillies claiming their spot in the WS as Bryce Harper hit the biggest HR of his career. They will face HOU, who finished their sweep of the Yankees. The Dolphins and Giants both won on fantastic redzone stands, while Lakers did the inverse, losing to POR on a buzzer-beater by Jerami Grant. The Commanders defeated GB after the Packers’ pitiful performance. Joe Burrow collected his fifth 400+ PASS YARDS game, the most in CIN history, as they crushed ATL. TB’s offense was useless against CAR, failing to score a TD.

Mecole Hardman had a historic game, as the first WR to have 2+ RUSH TD and 1+ REC TD during a game in the Superbowl Era. Josh Jacobs collected his 3,720th rushing yards, the most through 50 games in Raiders history. Kenneth Walker achieved a similar feat, becoming the first rookie with 150+ RUSH YARDS and 2+ RUSH TD in Seattle history in almost 40 years. Another close game in the NBA took plaec with the Jazz topping NOLA in OT, while the Clippers couldn’t keep up with PHX, falling by 17.
